Pilot stage — parking garages, lots, space owners and transport providers
We’re looking for parking and mobility partners to help shape our first European pilot.
The idea: bring road travellers to overnight parking capacity that would otherwise sit unused — covered garages, secure facilities and outdoor lots located outside the busiest central area — and connect them with onward transfer to the traveller’s destination. “Outside” means outside the difficult centre, not outside a building.
To be straight with you: ParkOutside is still being explored and tested. There is no live inventory, no bookings, no traveller volume and no existing partnerships. What we’re looking for now is a handful of partners in one or two cities who want to design the first pilot with us.
How a pilot would work
The model is deliberately simple, and everything about it is still open to change with the first partners.
Step 1
You provide capacity
Overnight bays you already have — in a garage, a structured facility or an outdoor lot — on your own hours and rules. Transport providers instead offer transfers between the location and nearby stays.
Step 2
ParkOutside brings travellers
We'd handle finding the traveller, the booking and the arrival experience — including the ride to the door where that's part of the pilot.
Step 3
You earn when it's used
You're paid for the parking or the transfer job that actually happens. Nothing used, nothing owed.
ParkOutside expects to earn through a commission or service fee when a real booking happens. The exact commission, pricing and commercial terms are not fixed — they’d be developed and tested together with pilot partners.
ParkOutside Partner — pilot stage
Three ways to partner with us.
ParkOutside is designed as a marketplace, not a competitor. We wouldn’t own parking sites and we wouldn’t own vehicles. Partners would provide the parking and the rides; we’d bring the road travellers, the booking and the end-to-end arrival experience.
Utilisation, not discounting
Overnight demand from travellers would be additional to your daytime business, so any extra revenue would come from hours you rarely sell today.
You earn per booking, we take a fee
The intention is that the parking site and the transport partner keep the bulk of each transaction, with ParkOutside earning a commission or service fee only when a real booking happens. The exact level is not fixed and would be worked out with pilot partners.
ParkOutside Hub — a future tier
A future concept for especially suitable locations — a garage or an outdoor facility — with easy access, organised transfer or pickup, good lighting and security, and possibly overnight EV charging. No hub network exists, and none is promised as part of a pilot.
We’re starting with a small number of partners in one or two cities.
The business model, plainly
None of this is live pricing — it’s the intended model we want to test with pilot partners.
You earn from your own service
The parking site would earn for the bay, the transport partner for the ride. ParkOutside would take a commission or service fee only when a booking actually happens — the level is still to be agreed.
One bundled parking + transfer checkout
Parking, the outward transfer and the return transfer would be combined into a single price and confirmation for the traveller.
No traveller subscription
Travellers would pay per stay, so demand wouldn't be gated behind a membership. The intention is that partners keep the majority of each transaction.
